In agreement with FedEx – our delivery partners – we fully reserve the right not to deliver the order to a person under the age of 18 upon delivery of the product. When delivering an online order that includes several products of both heavy and lightweight, they will be delivered to the specified address under different shipments and times. The home delivery service allows you basic installation service for the delivered products. The home delivery service by shipping companies is not responsible for any installation work that the delivered product may require. Shipping fees for the home delivery service are calculated according to the chosen shipping plan, in addition to the weight and/or size and dimensions of the product to be delivered. If the failure to deliver is due to an error on your part (including but not limited to – writing an incorrect address, writing an incorrect name) in this case, additional fees will apply to you for resending the order. You can also pick up your products from the exhibition; the service is available in all exhibitions for small products only. During the process of ordering your products, check the page for each product individually; some exceptions may apply. You must ensure that the information related to your credit card used to pay for electronic services is correct and valid, and you must use a credit card legally owned by you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by electronic services with any third party, except for verifying the legitimacy of the information and preventing forgery, or when requested by law or legal systems or by court order. The online service will not be responsible in any way for credit card fraud. You will bear all responsibilities for using forged credit cards and will be fully responsible for proving otherwise. If we are unable to provide the order or part of it, we will notify you directly in this regard. A full or partial refund will be returned via the credit card you used to pay the order amount. Your use of the online payment service on our website is considered implicit consent to your commitment to these terms. We reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons: rejection/non-acceptance of the payment process, the customer being more than (1) hour late in making the payment through the payment system. The customer purchasing more than 2 pieces of the same product. If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or the contact information is wrong, or if we are unable to reach the customer. The customer/client not attending or being late to receive the order for more than 7 days to collect their online paid order for the “collection from the showroom” service. The customer/client not attending or being late for more than 48 hours to collect their order when choosing to pay at the showroom for the “collection from the showroom” service. Therefore, any wholesale sales exceeding two pieces of the same item for one customer will result in the order being canceled according to management’s instructions. The customer has the right to reserve the purchased item for only 15 days, and the reservation will be lifted on day 16 while preserving the customer’s right to retrieve the full value of the product.
Cancellation of the order by the customer: to proceed with the cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons: if the order has not been delivered or shipped to you. If cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped or sent, a cancellation fee will be imposed on you. We retain the full right to match the time when your order was shipped with the time you sent the cancellation request. We cannot provide or deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe of ten working days from the date of order confirmation. All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality inspections and are considered ready for use upon shipping. If there is any problem with the product after (7) days from receiving the product, we advise you to contact us directly through one of the communication methods (contact us).
